A supply desk for balloon lights, and honest about which part
This site is run as a desk for balloon light programmes: tripods, RGBW, mobile carts, floodlights and the parts that keep them working. It publishes what a buyer can check on the hardware and quotes the rest, including the plant data a web page cannot prove.
What this desk does
It turns a site into a configuration: the head from the area and the lux, the mount from the head, the power from the shift, and the spares that keep the fleet running. Then it assembles the documents a buyer needs to put the unit into service.
The products come from a lighting manufacturing operation with its own assembly. This site does not publish that operation's floor area, headcount, certificate numbers or customer list, because those belong in an audit pack and a purchase order, not on a page anyone can copy.

Why this page has no plant numbers
A buyer is usually comparing a factory, a trading desk and a brand. Those three deserve different questions.
| Claim you will see on other sites | Why it is not here | What to do instead |
|---|---|---|
| Plant area in square metres | It cannot be verified from a web page | Ask for the latest audit report |
| ISO and ETL logos | A certificate belongs to a named company and a named model | Ask for the certificate, the scope and the expiry date |
| Years in business | A company credential, not a product fact | Ask for the certificate dates on the models you are buying |
| Patent count | A number that changes and is rarely documented | Ask for the patent numbers and search them |
| Certificate numbers on a page | A number on a page is not a number in the carton | Ask for the file per model and market |
| A price list | Price depends on build, quantity and destination | Ask for a quotation against your site |
This is not modesty. A supplier that cannot produce a document for a claim will not produce one for a warranty either.
What to verify before you sign
The same list works for this desk and for anyone else quoting a balloon light programme. Ask for it in writing, and keep the answers with the contract.

- The photometric file for the exact head, not a catalogue average.
- The rated wind speed for the head on the tripod being quoted.
- The load rating of the mast at full height, and the ballast plan.
- The plug type and cable length for the destination market.
- The runtime figure at a named lamp, starting charge and temperature.
- The spare parts list: filters, diffusers, feet, locking pins.
- The warranty terms, including who pays freight on a claim.
- Who answers when a batch fails a test in month two.
What will and will not go on a page
The same policy that keeps the product pages short.
| Item | On this site | From us |
|---|---|---|
| Product specifications | Wattage, output, balloon size, IP rating, weights | Current sheet, revision dated |
| Photometry | Coverage and efficacy figures | IES file per head and beam |
| Price and minimum order | Minimum order only | Quoted per build and destination |
| Lead time and samples | Not published | Confirmed against the order |
| Warranty and RMA | Five years on the lamp | Terms supplied with the quotation |
Ask for the document, not the claim.
Specification sheets, photometric files and sample terms are sent on request, before any order exists.
